Something tells me that your billionaire stockholders are the ones still holding on to all the reparitions money for us. I am sure the cashiers won't mind at all when you all make your tearful presentation of such a priceless or priceful gift to our nation, or at least screech in pain in front of the yawning chasm of fire once everyone knows it is too late.
